In addition to what info Batchelor mentioned about transportion from BB -------Victor Valley Transit http://www.vvta.org/index.htm
  has a DEVIATED schedule for Wrightwood.  And then you can take the dirty dog to the Inland Empire, Ontario Airport or transit to LAX.
