You will want to contact the attorneys general offices in the three
states and ask them. Whether you have a concealed carry permit in your
state will make a difference.

I don't think they are allowed at all in national parks. I would be very
reluctant to carry one into Canada. The trail won't take you into Mexico.

Whatever the rules are, a sidearm is a lot of weight to carry for an
item you are not likely to need on the trail.

How are you planning to carry it? It won't do you any good sitting in
the bottom of your pack. If it is going to do you any good, it will need
to be readily available. That will be difficult if you are wearing a hip
belt.
