Have you posted on the ride board http://pct77.org/adz/rides.htm? It's
beginning to get a lot of traffic, so you should be able to hook up with
someone there.

As for the cost, as always, ADZPCTKO is free for this year's thru-hikers.
(And yes, all campsites are shared -- but they're quite spacious.)
