[pct-l] Looks like the list is (almost) back up!

It looks like the list is 'almost' back up!  This is a 'test' message...

The pct-l info page, <http://mailman.backcountry.net/mailman/listinfo/pct-l>, would NOT come up - "Bug in Mailman version 2.1.9" message instead...
The cdt-l and at-l info pages do come up, but I could NOT log in to either to change 'preferences' - "Error: Authentication failed." on both...  

That is why I said the list is 'almost' back up...
Will we have to subscribe again in order to change preferences?
