Yeah, me too since the discounts weren't offered in '99.
 
We're on the same page, I don't expect entitlements.  I wasn't asking  for 
myself but for the people that take care of the trail and take care of the  
hikers.  Sorry.
 
I will say I called today and asked for the PCT hiker rate, told him what  
day I'd be there and he gave me the discounted rate.  I didn't mention  
thru-hiking, just that I was hiking the trail.
