You didn't say what you wanted to use the Tyvek 'for'... If only for a groundcloth, the 'home wrap' is sufficient... Zpacks is a 'good buy' for 'home wrap' (a Type 10) Tyvek, but if you're a gram weenie - you might want a lighter version Tyvek...
A little more $ than ZPacks usually, search for "kite Tyvek", same properties but lighter... look for the Type 14 Tyvek (specifically Type 1443R) - ~1.2 ounces per square yard ("home wrap" Tyvek is ~1.8 ounces per square yard). Type 14 Tyvek for a 4.5' x 7' size would weigh ~4.2 ounces (whereas the 'home wrap' would be ~6.5 ounces)... Into the Wind is where I bought the lighter Type 14 Tyvek quite a few years ago, <http://www.intothewind.com/shop/Repair_and_Kitemaking/Fabric/Tyvek>...
For other applications, DIYers might want to read "The Definitive Tyvek Article" at <http://www.hammockforums.net/forum/showthread.php?t=525>... If you're thinking of making your own rain gear, check out the "Hard Structure Tyvek Style 1020" - probably the best for 'clothing' apps...
Have fun! Happy trails!!!
Jim
