[pct-l] FDA Sunscreen Proposed Rule

The FDA has issued a new sunscreen proposed rule that guides sunscreen testing and labeling.  It wants sunscreen sold in the U.S. to promote head-to-toe sun protection with a Drug Facts Warning.

Basically, it means that sunscreen is not enough.  The FDA wants us to avoid too much sun when possible, wear protective clothing, and then use an effective sunscreen.  I like the SunPrecautions.com clothing:
