[pct-l] Off Topic: Articles on the Backpacking Greats

It'd be really cool to read some great articles on backpacking... but I 
don't know of any. I remember reading an article in high school about a 
guy who hiked the triple crown in one year... a feat which awes me to 
this day. Does anyone keep bookmarks of articles like this or similar to 
the one on Billy Goat last week in the LA Times?
