[pct-l] Northern California Fires

The reason the communications staff from the Sequoia NF called me and asked if I would help them disseminate information is because there have been ongoing problems with inciweb and they wanted to have as many sources of getting the word out as possible.  That was even before the NoCal lightening strikes that ignited so many fires.
