My favorite is ZipFizz. I dilute it down some. Just had a sample of the new flavors at Costco today. The sample guy had mixed some of the Orange ZipFizz with a little instant milk and made it into a kind of sherbet or smoothie tasting drink. I will experiment with adding Nido Whole dried milk for a protein and fat punch. StarMan
