Senior hiker ' shut out ' as to snow ( cold ) in Oreg . and Wash . re - booking to Reno ( from Portland which I can ' t change ) ( Friday - this week ; arr. Alaska Air A M in Reno from Pdx ) . Need trail - angel type help ! Overnight Reno area / ride ( both ! ) to S Lake Tahoe to take up from ' left off ' in 2004 on way north on PCT . Also need to pick up bear spray - police sized - at P O in Reno and bagels , etc . ( Food ) - am from the east ! Am not destitute / am not rich . Names , locales trail angels / trail friends ?
