[pct-l] Washington Snow - Revised

I have received several emails indicating SNOTEL data does not accuratelly reflect actual snow conditions on many areas of the PCT, and that in fact, there is a lot of snow left on the trail. 

So I expect and will plan for significant areas of snow left on the trail in some areas.

I plan to bring my ice ax.  I will be going north, and SOBO's will be my best information.
