[pct-l] Greenhouse gases could spark fires in West

Found this interesting article over on SFGate, the San Francisco 
Chronicle newspaper website. Basically the article says that global 
warming is causing conditions which produce more and bigger wildfires 
and also that previous years of supressing fires have led to a buildup 
of fuel which also makes bigger fires.

Since this is the SF Chronicle, take with a pinch of salt.
