[pct-l] Water north of Dunsmuir

Most sources have water except for the following:
 
North Branch/Fork at 1516.5 was dry.  Ugly Creek is the last source until the top of the climb.
 
Another place that the guide book says is usually dry, was dry at 1563.0
 
Yogi's mention of water about 0.1+ mile beyond 1548.5 had flowing water.
 
All the way to Ashland, all sources had water.  Above Seiad Valley, Fern Spring and Oak Spring were flowing, but slow.
