[pct-l] Snow conditions NOBO from Snoqualamie Pass to Canada

We will be hiking NOBO from Snoqualmie Pass to Canada starting August 5  
(Sections J,K,& L). We actually started at Bridge of the Gods on July 11 but  
turned back at Road 60 (2206.6 - 3490) by the snow. 
 
Has anyone recently hiked the first 10-20 miles north of Snoqualmie Pass?  
Schaffer says that snow typically lingers on some of the steep traverses during  
the first 15 miles, making for "some treacherous gully crossings". Is there 
snow  on these steep traverses  and if so how much, how "treacherous" were the  
gully crossings and when were you there?
