[pct-l] Smoke in the Sierras

I think the conditions are going to be very dependent on local winds,  
fire conditions and the weather.  On Saturday, the 28th, the smoke in  
the Sacramento Valley was extremely unhealthful; in Desolation Valley,  
there was haze, but the air was relatively okay.  In the Tahoe Basin,  
it was much more smoky as well.  It's going to vary, so stay as up to
