Disco, P.O.D. et al,
  Cache 22 is alive and well, with roughly 60 gallons of water in it.  Cache
44 is alive and well with about 8 gallons in it....it's a top off cache
only, located near the Trailhead at the top of the Hat Creek Rim, off Hwy
44.  The red faucet and hose attached to a building at the Baum Lake/Crystal
Springs Fish Hatchery is alive and well 24/7/365.  I can tell you how to
