There's no real concern with flash memory regarding electromagnetics, so 
don't worry about that.

I worry about the physical pressure of some postal equipment. You can use a 
bubble-wrap type of envelope, or I just used a small piece of carboard with 
a cutout hole the size of my SD card and a regular envelope. My resupplier 
shipped the cardboard back with the SD card in the next resupply box.
