[pct-l] Hammock, bivouac...or something else

Switchback replies: Several years ago at Kennedy Meadows I asked some  thru 
hikers about their hammocks.  They said they liked them and had no  problems.  
Sometimes they would pitch them on the ground when they could  not use a tree, 
etc.
