[pct-l] BIC Mini Lighter

Yes, I know everyone was worried about me finding a BIC Mini for my fire  
starter kit.  I am happy to report that I got a package of four at Walmart  for 
$1.96.  I got a package that had several orange color lighters in  it.  I will 
use an orange one for my fire starter kit.
 
Each mini weighs .4 ounces.  My whole kit weighs 1.0 ounce.  And  I know that 
I have too much gear in it, but if I want to start a fire, then I  want lots 
of supplies.
