Switchback replies: It is just the RainWrap you can get over at 
_www.ula-equipment.com_ (http://www.ula-equipment.com) .  I have not  personally used it in 
the rain, but got good reports about its use in the Mt.  Laguna area last 
year in rain, sleet, and snow.
