[pct-l] Protecting hands from the sun

When I did the CDT, I got off the trail at a trailhead ~45 minutes or so from Boulder.

Spent three days in town seeing friends, EATING and having large amounts of caffeinated beverages.

Naturally, I had my large beard, dirty clothes and bandanna.

The local homeless population did not hit me up once for money. One even said to me "How's it going, brother?"

I am sure my mom would be proud.

They definately worked in the few days I used them.
And with the fingers cut off I also had a few people
give me change without asking.
