I'm sure everyone respects each others privacy and that has nothing to do 
with paranoia.

If I asked you not to take my picture, I'd bet you'd be fine with that, no 
problem.

The whole topic addresses a little 'proactive consideration', such as, "Gee, 
maybe this person doesn't want to be photographed" or "Gee, maybe this 
person doesn't want to be in my journal".

That's all. No big deal. Nothing dark or psychotic, just a little courtesy.
