[pct-l] Hiker Death

Thank you; I was going crazy trying to validate that.  I knew it was '99 as
that was the year Charlotte Clews came through; she was the last one to see
him alive.  Dr. Lowder was an incredibly nice man, and everyone was
devastated at the news of his death.
