500 ml = approximately 2 Cups.  See

If you use those lines, you can approximate 1 cup at half of the 500 ml
line, 2 cups at the 500 ml line and so forth...

I have the Evernew titanium pot and cup, and the only measurements imprinted
are on the pot for
500ml and 1000 ml.  No where close to what a cup is.  I tried to scratch a
line in the cup, but I can
hardly see it in good light, and not at all near dusk when I need to cook.
 I can still kind of guess where
a cup is, so it's not a big deal.  I just thought someone else might have a
good trick.
