[pct-l] Expensive Town Resupplies?

EXPENSIVE stops for me:
VVR (as mentioned earlier)
Mammoth Lakes (great stop but a bit spendy as there are alot of LA visitors)
Lake Tahoe (would have been cheap except for the gambling)
Olallie Lake (if you're buying food)
Shelter Cove
Timberline Lodge (beware the delicious pitchers of beer)
Cascade Locks (is that grocery going out of business?)
Trout Lake
Snoqualime Pass (both stores expensive)
Easy
