[pct-l] Legal Ponderings......

Not drivel at all Bob. Very well said.......

I had a terrifying experience on the trail with a man carrying a hand gun. I got away, by the grace of God!! It (he) won't keep me home though!

Thank you very much for your insight!

I have to admit though that at almost 6' 4" and well over two hundred pounds I don't get challenged very often. My outward appearance is that of some one who hopes to be messed with just so he can break bones. This is not an accurate image or one I deliberately cultivate. I wouldn't hurt a fly and have absolutely no use for any one who uses violence. One woman friend of ours calls me the gentle giant. That being said I look for good in people and generally find it. Every once in a while we get stung but not that often. I feel sorry for folks who keep them selves in a defensive position and give up much of what makes life worth while. Wish I knew why I wrote all this drivel.

All good points Donna. Bottom line for me is, I decided years ago not to live in fear......to live in fear means all the "bad guys" have already won! I refuse to be imprisoned by "what-if"s".........I lived my life too long in that mind set. I'm sure you understand.............

In other words, it's not just your own actions that can put information about you, flattering or unflattering, factual or not factual, on the internet. It's an interesting situation, to say the least.

If you don't want the world to read it, copy it, make "their own" book out of it.........or know who or where you are in life...... don't post it. Public sites are just that. You can send your progress reports to private people to record and save for you. And for God's sake......don't sign the registers.
