In 2005 I made a 15-foot map of the entire trail by pasting together 
NGS Topo! printouts. Last time I saw it, it resided at the Saufleys' 
Hiker Heaven. Haven't thought about it in quite some time. And I 
wouldn't attempt it again. It was a very labor-intensive project.
