[pct-l] ALDHA-West

Folks,

I sent a check and application for membership to A-W back on January 8th.  I haven't heard a thing since.  Has anyone else had this experience???  My check has not been cashed.  I sent an email to the secretary/ treasurer (Bert) and haven't heard a word back.  I have also emailed a couple of the folks on the board and got no response.

At what point should I take this personally?  Is ALDHA-W only open to the elite of the hiking world, the poltically correct on the pct-l, or the "good ol' boys"???  Ah, that would be waaaaay too sad.
