Did you get an idea of the texture of this stuff? I have always just used 2
mil plastic. Cheap, light and easy to replace. But it is slippery and if
not no even ground - I tend to wake up down stream.

Subject: [pct-l] Ground Cloth - I Was Wrong

Greetings,

A few days ago someone wrote about ground cloths. I suggested silnylon, as I
have a silnylon ground cloth I like very much. My friend, Lucky, visited me
over the weekend and showed me his ground cloth. It is much bigger than
mine, and weighs 1/5 as much. It is made of Polycryo fiber and has lasted
Lucky for over 500 miles so far.
