[pct-l] ankle

I had some achilles problems in '07.  I'm afraid greg is right- the only way
to really heal these types of injuries is rest.  If you're out on the trail
and your ankles are still hurting, you might try cutting out some foam
half-moons and sticking them under your insoles under the heel.  Your
sleeping pad would work well for this if you don't mind chopping it up a
bit.  This provides extra padding to the heel, and has helped my ankles in
the past.
