Actually, a true trail pirate would recommend the following daily routine:

1. Wake up.
2. Soak in hot tub to loosen the muscles for the day.
3. Get out of hot tub.
4. Eat lunch early.
5. Soak in hot tub to help with digestion.
6. Use cell phone to call for pizza delivery.
7. Eat pizza. Try to keep crumbs out of water.
8. Soak some more.
9. Retire to motel bed for a good rest for tomorrow's routine.
