[pct-l] ankle

Hey everyone. I'm wondering if anyone else out there has had any ankle problems after especially strenuous hikes. I hiked a few Oregon sections last summer with bad shoes and too much pack weight (I learned a lot). Now one ankle feels like it has a minor sprain, nothing major, I'm still running and going on day hikes but the pain won't go away. Wondering if anyone has had similar problems.
