[pct-l] Watches

Howdy All-

I'm shopping for my trail watch and I know a lot of folks have the Suunto watches.  But I'm looking at Campmor online and considering the "Casio Pathfinder Triple Sensor Solar Watch".  It's on sale for $199.  (Regular $250)  Can anyone give me a review of this watch, or suggest others that you've been happy with on the trail?  

Also- is it wise to have you compass as part of the watch, or is a separate "manual" compass better or necessary in addition to a watch compass?
