Another food option north of the Laguna store is at Lake Cuyamaca, a short hike west from the PCT, I think north of Pioneer Mail. At the west side of the lake, on hwy 79, is a small store selling food. It also contains an excellent German style restaurant. Mmmm, can you say sauerbraten. Tom KI6ASP
