[pct-l] START DATE AND DIRECTION

I plan to hike the Oregon/Wash portions of the trail this summer.  My start/finish date and direction of travel are
flexible.  I hope to finish in 7 weeks.  Any advice on ideal dates to start and advantages of either direction.
