If you are not extremely concerned about weight (dividing it up among two hikers makes it preety reasonable), then I'll second the SD Clip Flashlight at a bit under 5 lbs

or the non SL (super light) version of the SL2..The Big Agnes Seedhouse 2 weighs in at around 4 lbs and change with poles,stakes and everything. else.. And they are cheap.

  the big agness SL2 is pretty sweet, it is 300$ though, but a great tent for two and handles any weather you might run into
