Maybe I'm late with my observation that this list has become 
indistinguishable from at-l, both in terms of volume of posts and 
(ir)relevancy of subject matter.

Or at least it's now akin to what I remember of at-l. It HAS been a long 
time...

Pedestrian. That's the word I believe I'm after. As goes the trail, so 
too the constituency. Or is it the other way around? Dunno. Who's got 
beer and how far to the next shelter?
