[pct-l] Snakes and insects

And for some reason, snakes are most likely to strike somewhere on the arm.  So apparently, rather then striking at the convienant leg/ankle, they'd rather leap high into the arm and aim for your arm; just to give you a sporting chance.  And the fact that they are mainly targetting drunk young males who would never think of messing/picking up the snake is just coincidence (examples of which appear in some PCT documentaries such as Walking the West or Resouled on the PCT is not typical behavior of many victims I'm sure).
