Depends - are you a "lefty" or a "righty"?  Do what comes
naturally - without thinking about it...

Many take a jump across the border and land with BOTH feet in Canada at the
same time...
Other than that, it's your preference - you can always 'skip' a
step to put your preferred foot into Canada first...
