[pct-l] Hiker Cart on the PCT

a similar idea was used to great effect on portions of the ADT this
summer by Ladybug & Josh, although i'm sure that it is probably more
piratical to 'pull a cart' as opposed to 'pushing a stroller', which
may be only practical. if the link gets scrubbed, just do a
trailjournal photo search for 'Josh pushing'
