I was afraid to ask. She has it listed, or did, with a real estate agent so 
you could probably get ahold of an agent in Stevenson to find out.

It's a mile from the trail, has the store and an upstairs that would make a 
great dorm and a mobile home. Not sure how much acreage but it's maybe 4 or 
so?

She is open 365 days a year and is just tired. They seem to do OK. I have a 
friend who lives near there and he says she's always got people in there, 
even the locals.
