Good afternoon, Patti,

Much depends upon what and how much you eat, and how efficiently you pack,
but you could start with one of the more common standard USPS Priority Mail
boxes -- such as the 12" x 12" x 8.12" size that I use quite a bit -- and
see how it works.

Keep in mind that 12" x 12" x 8.12" box has an inside capacity of about 
1,100 cu. in.
while the capacity of the most common bear 'cans is in the 600-700 cu. in.
range.  Oops!
