[pct-l] San Jacinto/Idyllwild

Right now it's dumping lots of snow up on the mountain, on top of the 18
inches they already got. Current temperature at the tram is 22 F. More
storms expected in the next few days. Should be beautiful between storms
if prepared with snowshoes, winter clothing, etc.

Currently Highway 74 is closed at that location:
9:27AM PER 97-L SR74 CLOSED FROM PALM DESERT CITY LIMITS TO EB 74 AT SR371
AND NB 243 CLOSED TO SR74, EB 74 CLOSED AT CRANSTON STATION, UNMANNED
CLOSURES

I haven't checked but can probably guarantee that Black Mtn Road is closed
to vehicles for the winter.
