I agree, but then you need to kill him so he can't repeat this on someone
else. (Only kidding, sort of.)
There should be directions for washing sewn into the bag somewhere. Assuming
it's hand washable, you can put it in your washing machine but only do the
agitation part for a minute or so per wash and rinse cycle. Put it thru as
many times as it takes to smell better. Get some down cleaner from REI or a
camping store and use that, not regular laundry soap. As for the holes, if
they are fairly small you could just sew a path of any kind of nylon over
them by hand or take it to a seamstress and have her do it professionally if
your sewing skills aren't the best.
Or, take it to a cleaners and dump the whole thing on them.
Then go find a better friend.
