The full article explains that the rule change synchronizes the
national park policy with the relevant state law.  That is to say,
the policy in a national park will be to follow the applicable laws
of the state in which the national park resides.

If you are a fan of federalism or 2nd amendment rights, you'll like
this change. Otherwise, not so much.
