[pct-l] Thoughts on having a healthy mailing list

Just so the list knows - somebody from the list has been signing me up for 
various sleavzy mailing lists using my email address from this list, and 
using pass words like "dikebitch".  This is obviously an attempt at 
intimidation and punishment, it certainly is not about fostering discussion 
and sharing views.

All along I have been talking about discussion, not consensus.
