[pct-l] Ride from Amtrak to Snoqualmie Pass trailhead

I'm planning a section hike up to the border starting the last week in 
August and haven't yet secured a ride up to Snoqualmie Pass.  I hear 
there will be a manintence crew at Waptus Lake.  If anyone knows of any 
public transit along Hwy. 18 or Hwy. 90  I would appreciate the information.
