[pct-l] weight scales

Good evening, Sandy,

I use a digital postal scale that was on a good sale.  It was cheap because 
it has a printed chart showing shipping cost vs. weight --then the rates 
were increased making the device obsolete.  That's fine for me, I just want 
accurate weight.
