Joe,

Can't help with the logistics in that area, but I do hope that if you are going to place water caches at any of these locations that you will plan to return to pick-up any containers that you leave.  Be assured that thru-hikers will not take the containers that you leave so you must plan to return to these sites and remove the trash and empty bottles.
